Remember, these are not toys, but decorative items, and should be kept out of reach of small children. Each piece is individually handcrafted, ensuring that every single little dragon is unique.

Shipping Provider: Standard shipping provider will be USPS. You should be able to upgrade to Priority International or Expedited at checkout. If you would like a different shipping provider such as UPS or FedEx that can be set up in a separate custom listing, using your specific delivery information for pricing.
 
Customs and taxes: Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the Canadian government. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.

Delivery time: Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to customs processing. We will provide tracking information once your order ships.

Customs information: All customs forms will be completed as accurately as possible with the correct item description, value and tariff code. You are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and fees.

If you place 2 separate orders that are shipping to the same address and they have not shipped yet - contact us if you would like them to ship together. When we go to buy labels to ship orders it is not obvious that the same buyer has 2+ open orders going to the same address. Otherwise, if you place 2 separate orders we will assume that you want them shipped separately.

If your order total exceeds $35, you will qualify for free shipping! Your order will ship via USPS Ground Advantage. If you want it to ship Priority, please pay for the Priority Mail or Priority Express upgrades, you’ll see those prices at checkout. The free shipping is ONLY for USPS Ground Advantage.

Filaments of Your Imagination is not responsible for packages that are lost, missing or stolen after the tracking shows the package as being delivered. Please check with your local post office and your neighbors, your local police department and/or your home insurance agency if necessary.
