Shipping policy

Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your order. Orders received after 5 PM CT will be processed on the next business day. We package and ship out as soon as everything in the order is ready to go. Some items are ready to ship, some items sell out quickly and are made to order - please allow time to remake the item for you (allow for time to restock filament, magnets, etc. if needed). If you need an item shipped (or picked up) by a certain date please get in touch with us to make sure we can accommodate that for you!

Shipping carrier: We typically ship via USPS Ground Advantage and do not ship on U.S. holidays or weekends.

Shipping times: Once processed, orders shipped within the U.S. typically arrive within 7 business days. International orders typically arrive within 14 business days.

If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays.

Local delivery policies

For orders in the Lincoln, NE area we offer pickup. We'll send an email to let you know your order is ready for pickup (and where to go). Please reply and let us know the approximate date and time of your arrival so your package can stay safely inside (and out of the weather) until then. We have a contact-free pickup.
